Everything You Need to Know
What is the Fall Follow-Through Challenge?
A fun seasonal program designed to help busy women finally follow through on the personal commitments that get pushed aside by a full schedule or limited support. It’s built to fit your real life, so you can make steady progress without the pressure of keeping up or the guilt of falling behind.
How do I participate?
Start with the free Seasonal Self-Audit, and ensure you've also set up a Cheriss & Company account. From there, you’ll get daily, weekly, and monthly activities — all trackable in your Priority Guide®.
Is there a fee to join?
Nope! The challenge is free to all registered participants.
How long does the challenge last?
It runs all fall (approx. 12 weeks), but you can join anytime and pick your pace.
What types of activities are included?
You’ll get a mix of daily actions, weekly mini challenges, reflections, and seasonal practices across all 5 pillars ( spiritual growth, healthy mind & body, relationships, finances, and adventure).
Each activity is designed to be simple but powerful, with options that range from quick wins you can knock out today to deeper commitments that really challenge you out of your comfort zone through the whole season. The program builds week by week, so you’ll feel your consistency, confidence, and momentum growing stronger as you go.
Do I need anything special?
You’ll get the most out of this challenge with your Priority Guide® as it’s designed to track your commitments, log your wins, and keep your momentum visible all season long. If you don’t have one yet, a notebook works, too.
Does the program start on a certain date?
No. The Fall Follow-Through Challenge officially starts the first week of fall, but you can easily sign up at any time. This challenge is designed to meet you where you are and move with your schedule.
How will this challenge help me follow through?
This challenge is built on researched, proven practices from behavioral psychology and faith-based principles, not trendy hacks. Instead of piling on more, it gives you a system that flexes with your real life. Every activity is designed to help you make steady progress, stay consistent, and strengthen your ability to keep momentum without burning out or feeling like you’ve fallen behind.
